All content on the Fama website and application (text, logos, graphics, source code, database, presentation, layout, structure) is the exclusive property of AGdev, except for trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site and the application, by any means or process, is forbidden without prior written authorisation from AGdev, and may constitute an act of infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The conditions under which we collect and process your personal data are described in our Privacy policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (as amended).

The Fama service only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work (authentication, CSRF security). No advertising cookies, third-party analytics or profiling cookies are placed on your device. No prior consent is therefore required for these essential cookies, in accordance with CNIL deliberation no. 2020-091.
