2. Service offered

The Fama service is a SaaS subscription giving access to a Progressive Web App (PWA) enabling local independent businesses to:

• Receive push notifications the moment a Google review is published on their profile
• Get reply suggestions drafted by artificial intelligence
• Publish those replies directly to Google Business Profile
• View statistics on their online reputation

3. Pricing

VAT: prices are shown in euros and are not subject to French VAT. AGdev benefits from the small-business VAT exemption set out in article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Mandatory mention on invoices: "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code". For business customers outside France, reverse-charge VAT may apply at checkout. A detailed invoice is issued with each payment.

Launch offer (early access): the first month is free for any subscription taken out during the early-access period. The paid subscription starts automatically at the end of this period, unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Payment methods

Payment is made by bank card via our partner Stripe, PCI-DSS compliant. AGdev stores no bank data. Billing is monthly, automatic, on the anniversary of the subscription date.

In the event of a failed payment, you have 7 days to update your payment method. Beyond that, access to the service is suspended.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Fama service being exclusively intended for professionals acting within the scope of their business (independent businesses, tradespeople, self-employed professionals, companies), the right of withdrawal provided by articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, reserved for consumers, does not apply.

Subscription is firm and final from payment confirmation. The subscription remains cancellable at any time with no commitment (see "Cancellation" article below).

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• From the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel
• By email at contact@getfama.app

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is made for the period already started. You keep access to the service until the end of the paid period.

On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days (in case of reactivation), then permanently deleted. You can request a full export of your data at any time via contact@getfama.app.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

The service is delivered as described. If an essential feature described does not work for more than 5 consecutive business days, you can request a refund prorated to the days of unavailability, on simple request to contact@getfama.app.

8. Changes to pricing

AGdev reserves the right to change its pricing. Any price increase will be notified to you by email at least 60 days before it takes effect. You will then have the choice between accepting the new price or cancelling your subscription free of charge.

9. Scope of the service

The Fama service is exclusively intended for professionals (independent businesses, tradespeople, self-employed professionals, companies) acting within the scope of their business activity. It is not marketed to consumers within the meaning of the introductory article of the French Consumer Code.

By subscribing to Fama, the customer acknowledges acting for professional purposes. The provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to B2C relationships (right of withdrawal, consumer warranties, consumer mediation, etc.) do not apply.

10. Disputes and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, we always favour an amicable solution. Please contact us first at contact@getfama.app. We commit to responding within a maximum of 30 days.

Failing an amicable agreement within 60 days, the parties may have recourse to conventional mediation by mutual agreement. This mediation is optional.

These Sales Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their formation, interpretation or performance, failing amicable resolution, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris.
