Why €9 excl. VAT a month, and not more?

We chose a simple price that any size of business can afford. No traps, no locked features. Everything's included.

What happens after the free first month?

Month 2 is billed at €9 excl. VAT (~£8), then every month thereafter. You can cancel any time from the app.

Is there a commitment?

None. You pay for the current month, you stop when you want. No minimum term, no penalty.

How do I pay?

Credit or debit card, monthly automatic charge. PDF invoice sent to you by email each month.

How does VAT work depending on my country?

For customers in France: no VAT is added. Fama is published by a small French business that qualifies for a VAT exemption. For customers based outside France: the VAT applicable in your country is automatically calculated and collected at checkout, via Stripe Tax. Full details appear on each invoice.

Which countries is Fama available in?

Fama is available for local businesses across the entire European Union (France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta…), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada (both French-speaking Quebec and English-speaking Canada), Australia and New Zealand. If you have a Google Business Profile in any of these countries, you can use Fama. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country.

Why do I have to publish the reply on Google myself?

Right now, Google hasn't yet authorised Fama to publish replies on your behalf — our application is being reviewed. In the meantime, Fama writes your reply and takes you straight to Google Maps with your text already copied. You paste and publish in 30 seconds. Once Google grants Fama access, publishing will become automatic at no extra cost to you.
