How many reviews are needed for useful stats? +

The key numbers (average rating, reply rate, response time) are calculated from the very first review. For recurring words and time-of-day trends, count on around twenty reviews for the signal to be reliable.

How does Fama identify positive and negative words? +

Each word is matched to a sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) using a vocabulary tuned to your type of business. Vague words are automatically filtered out so they don't clutter your dashboard.

What if I have multiple locations? +

You can compare your locations' performance side by side, or look at each profile in detail. Keywords and arrival times are specific to each location.
