How it works
The notification takes you straight to the review page. The suggestion is already prepared — no waiting around.
Adjust the text if you'd like, add the customer's first name, slip in a personal word. The suggestion is a starting point, not an obligation.
Your reply goes straight to your Google profile. Your customer sees it within minutes. That's it — you can close the app.
Common questions
Every suggestion is generated from the review's text and your type of business. Since no two reviews say the same thing, no two replies do either. You always have the edit to add your own touch.
Negative reviews are flagged as priority. The proposed suggestion stays measured and professional, never publicly contesting. You're free to rewrite it completely if you'd rather.
Your edits are saved as you go. You can close the app, come back an hour later, and pick up your draft exactly where you left off.
